Reach your fitness goals with a customized workout routine from M3’s certified personal trainers. We offer various training packages and semi-private training classes. Our group classes feature specialized workouts (like TRX, boxing and Gravity) and provide you with a smaller fitness class with only a handful of people. You get the benefits of individualized attention with the camaraderie of a small group.

Fitcamp

Fitcamp has been Whangarei’s leading group fitness prograshutterstock_125780336m for women since 2009.  It is not a bootcamp, nor a short stopover for fast results.  Fitcamp is about committing to regular workouts and remaining consistant and diciplined with both your trainings and your nutrition.  Fitcamp workouts are designed to motivate and inspire women to reach their full fitness potential with our highly qualified and experienced trainers in a fun and safe environment.

  • Term One 2017 (10 Weeks) – Tuesday 7th February – Thursday 13th April
  • Term Two 2017 (10 Weeks) – Monday 1st May – Saturday 8th July

CoreMums

shutterstock_63172420CoreMums is a fantastic social fitness group for mums of ALL fitness levels.  Trainings take place in the mornings with the added convenience of being able to bring your children if you wish.  We run moderate intensity classes for mums through their pregnancy and from 12 weeks post pregnancy or at the discretion of one of our qualified trainers.

Sessions include – pelvic floor dysfunction training, abdominal reactivation and strengthening and c-section rehabilitation, along with higher intensity weight and cardiovascular training at the clients level of fitness.

  • Casual Class – $20
  • Concession Card x 10  – $180
  • Concession Card x 20 – $300

*our concession card is only valid for the current Fitcamp term.  It cannot be transferred to the next term.  All additional concession cards purchased after your first one for the term may be transferred.

* Sessions are held during school term time only.  There are no scheduled sessions during the school holidays
