GroupFIT

GroupFIT has been Whangarei’s leading group fitness program for women since 2009.  It is not a bootcamp, nor a short stopover for fast results.  GroupFIT is about committing to regular workouts and remaining consistant and diciplined with both your trainings and your nutrition.  GroupFIT workouts are designed to motivate and inspire women to reach their full fitness potential with our highly qualified and experienced trainers in a fun and safe environment.

shutterstock_125780336Our classes are predominantly strength based and resistance focussed, with an emphasis on functional movements.  Each class finishes with a 10-minute core exercise routine and full body stretches.

GroupFIT classes are carefully choreographed and designed to meet the needs of women of all fitness levels.  Women who are pregnant, or have a new baby or are suffering with any injuries can be rest assured that they are in capable hands as workouts can be designed to meet everyone’s needs.

CoreMUMS

shutterstock_63172420CoreMums is a fantastic social fitness group for mums of ALL fitness levels.  Trainings take place in the mornings with the added convenience of being able to bring your children if you wish.  We run moderate intensity classes for mums through their pregnancy and from 12 weeks post pregnancy or at the discretion of one of our qualified trainers.

Sessions include – pelvic floor dysfunction training, abdominal reactivation and strengthening and c-section rehabilitation, along with higher intensity weight and cardiovascular training at the clients level of fitness.

Monday |  Wednesday | Friday @ 9:30 – 10:30am

We welcome you to bring your children to training with you, but they are strictly your responsibility.  We ask that all children refrain from touching or using any exercise equipment due to health and safety issues, but are more than welcome to bring balance bikes, bikes, trikes or scooters.

BarreATTACK

BarreATTACK is a fast paced and high intensity workout.  The 45 minute Barre class combines the best of everything, from standing pilates work, short cardio intervals, to dance moves in a ballet class. BarreATTACK a low impack workout, making it ideal for all levels of fitness.

With BarreATTACK’s flowing sequences you will feel like your body is re-aligned, balanced and centered. Best of all you will feel more connected to your body, giving you a sense of self and confidence which can be only be ignited through the joy of movement.

CoreSCULPT

CoreSCULPT is our new resistance inspired class. You’ll work on toning and sculpting your muscles with a range of functional exercises using an expansive array of resistance equipment. CoreSCULPT is part of our FitCamp Programme along with CoreBOX and CoreHIIT.

CoreBOX

CoreBOX is our new cardio blasting boxing/kickboxing class. Each class is different, so you will always enjoy a new range of cardio exercises to get you moving.  The class finishes with 10-15 minutes of core/abdominal exercises.  CoreBOX is part of our FitCamp Programme along with CoreSCULPT and CoreHIIT.
