As part of The Motive Project, M3 now offer highly specialised Personal Training. Through a comprehensive screening process our practitioners can more accurately gauge your body’s physiological and functional status. This enables us to reduce injury risk through prevention and management of dysfunctional movement patterns.  Therefore, we are able move quickly and safely towards your health and fitness goals without exposing you to undue risks.

Our services include strength and conditioning input for:

-Elite athletes (high performance & post-surgical rehabilitation)

-Junior athlete development

-General health and lifestyle enthusiasts (from weight loss to event preparation)

-Special populations (including Osteoarthritis and several neurological conditions)

*All Personal Training sessions are undertaken by a qualified physiotherapist
