Crane Road Retreat with Tom Robinson
M3 Clinic + Studio co-hosted the Countryside Recovery Retreat, offering players a chance to step away from the demands of competition and focus on rest, recovery, and connection.
Set in the tranquil Northland countryside, the retreat provided access to sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge therapy, Normatec Recovery, and opportunities to relax with golf and poolside downtime – helping athletes reset both physically and mentally.
The highlight of the retreat was the yoga and breathwork sessions led by local rugby legend and former Blues captain, Tom Robinson, who we can’t thank enough for joining us and sharing his expertise and his own journey towards heath and wellbeing.
