Melita has a real passion for massage therapy, health & wellness, and has 20 years of experience with in the industry. With a sports science background she has worked both clinically and within a sporting environment, working with the weekend warrior to professional athletes.
Her area of interest is deep tissue massage with a primary focus on treating people’s muscular aches and pains, and helping with soft tissue injury management. Melita customises her massages to your individual needs, and has a very caring, professional presence.
Loren is a qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and Massage Therapist.
She has 17years experience in providing personalised treatments with deep tissue, relaxation, sports and injury prevention/rehab therapies, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy and post-surgical support massage including post-mastectomy and scar work. Her clients continue to have a diverse range of specific needs from professional athletes and sport-specific work to corporate massage to connective tissue disorders and chronic pain.

Lucy is a deep tissue and sports massage therapist and has been working in the Massage and Wellness industry for 19 years. If you are new to M3 , we request that you please arrive 5mins before your appointment.
At the commencement of your appointment, you will be warmly greeted by our massage therapist at the reception and they will take you into the massage therapy room.
They will ask you questions around your injury history as appropriate along with your expected outcomes from the appointment and may perform some movement tests. Based on this information, they will tailor the style of massage to suit your unique needs and you will be advised on your massage therapy treatment plan. Please feel free to discuss any concerns or raise any questions you may have.
The massage therapist will then leave the room whilst you get undressed to your underwear (pending on what part of your body you are having massaged) and position yourself on the massage table. The massage therapist will return to the room when you are ready and your massage will begin.
Massage is a very personal experience and we aim to make you as comfortable as possible throughout the duration of your appointment. During your massage you will be appropriately gowned with towels with the exception of the area that the massage therapist will be working on. There is also the option to remain fully clothed however the effectiveness of your massage therapy may be reduced.
Throughout the appointment, your massage therapist will be asking for your feedback on the pressure they are providing – please be open and honest in regards to your pressure preference. Should you have any concerns with the gowning or dressing procedure – please let your massage therapist know prior to your treatment starting.
Our standard massage appointments are 60 minutes. 30 and 60mins options are available on request.
No, unfortunately massage is not an accredited modality within ACCs framework so the full cost of the appointment will need to be meet by the patient.
