Her area of interest is deep tissue massage with a primary focus on treating people’s muscular aches and pains, and helping with soft tissue injury management. Melita customises her massages to your individual needs, and has a very caring, professional presence.

Mike graduated from NZCM in 2008 with a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage and sports therapy. He worked for 4 years with in Northcross before heading overseas for 10 years working 1 year in London then the last 9 years in Denmark where Mike worked in Skodsborg physio clinic, one of the largest clinics in Denmark situated within a Medical, fitness and hotel complex. Mike has treated a wide variety of clients from elite athletes, rehab patients to general wellness clients. He has a special interest in treating neck and shoulder pain. Outside of work Mike likes to cycle, play social football and padel tennis.

If you are new to M3 , we request that you please arrive 5mins before your appointment.
At the commencement of your appointment, you will be warmly greeted by our massage therapist at the reception and they will take you into the massage therapy room.
They will ask you questions around your injury history as appropriate along with your expected outcomes from the appointment and may perform some movement tests. Based on this information, they will tailor the style of massage to suit your unique needs and you will be advised on your massage therapy treatment plan. Please feel free to discuss any concerns or raise any questions you may have.
The massage therapist will then leave the room whilst you get undressed to your underwear (pending on what part of your body you are having massaged) and position yourself on the massage table. The massage therapist will return to the room when you are ready and your massage will begin.
Massage is a very personal experience and we aim to make you as comfortable as possible throughout the duration of your appointment. During your massage you will be appropriately gowned with towels with the exception of the area that the massage therapist will be working on. There is also the option to remain fully clothed however the effectiveness of your massage therapy may be reduced.
Throughout the appointment, your massage therapist will be asking for your feedback on the pressure they are providing – please be open and honest in regards to your pressure preference. Should you have any concerns with the gowning or dressing procedure – please let your massage therapist know prior to your treatment starting.
