M3 is here to support, guide and rehabilitate people through every stage of their treatment and recovery
PINC is more than just helping people after cancer, it is about giving hope, strength and courage. This is who we are. We have helped thousands of people to date and we will continue to help thousands more.
There are now more people surviving a cancer diagnosis, but they can face an increased risk of extended health problems, premature mortality and harsh side effects from their treatment.
PINC is really passionate about helping people navigate the difficult world of cancer treatment so they can minimise the side effects of the treatments and encourage them to have the best quality of life they can.
The treatments are tough but are more manageable when people know what to expect and are given good advise on all the things they can do to maximise their own recovery and help them take positive steps for their future health and wellbeing.

Michelle Silvester
Michelle has worked in the private sector in NZ and London for over 30 years as a Physiotherapist and for the last 20 years as a Rehabilitative Pilates instructor. She has a passion for helping people to achieve optimal body function, movement and postures.
She feels it is vital for people to take responsibility for their own bodies by being taught awareness of the way they position themselves and move throughout the day and thus making their everyday activities their ‘gym program’.
Most people want more than symptomatic relief of their symptoms and don’t want to have problems reoccur down the track. Michelle enjoys the challenge of low back problems and lower limb injuries particularly but is also able to apply her experience and knowledge to most causes of musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain in the body.
Michelle works with a holistic approach and includes work on relaxation, de stressing and breathing as part of her teaching tools.
