Alyse is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist practicing in Auckland before returning home to Whangarei.

She takes a multi-disciplinary and holistic approach to injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance and is passionate about providing clients on their journey with personalised programmes to achieve their individual goals.

Brent is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist and has been practicing in Whangarei since graduation.

Brent has completed his post graduate training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and is a Credentialed McKenzie practitioner. He continues to develop his skills with post graduate training in manipulative and manual therapy. He has a special interest in the treatment of both acute and chronic spinal disorders.

Brent also has a special interest in sporting injuries and rehabilitation, in particular of the lower limb including the hip, knee and ankle.


Brandon Olsen - M3 Clinic

A local born and bred Northlander who loves all things sport. Brandon started out his career at M3 Clinic as a new grad and has since returned home after travelling and working down the line in Tauranga. He has experience in both private practice MSK and in the sporting arena as lead physio for the Bay of Plenty Rugby Union.

Brandon feels passionatley about combining patient education, physiotherapy treatment and appropriate patient centred exercise prescription in order to help recovery. This collective method allows the patient to take charge of their rehabilitaion and gives them the tools to optimise their health going forward.

Brandon has just been announced the Northland Taniwha Physiotherapist for the 2021 Season.


Lisa Smalley - M3 Clinic

Lisa graduated from the University of Otago in 2012. Since then she has been working in private practices in Melbourne and New Zealand where she specialised in treating musculoskeletal and sporting injuries.

Lisa has completed training in DMA clinical Pilates, and provides one on one Equipment and Mat Pilates, she also teaches both Equipment and Mat classes. Lisa has completed training with the Mckenzie Institute and can use Mechanical diagnosis and therapy to treat your lower back injury.

Lisa believes in a combination of hands on treatment, exercise prescription and education to help get your body better.

Lisa is a keen tramper and enjoys the gym as her regular exercise outlet. She enjoys helping others to rehabilitate back to full health and fitness, getting you back to your sporting and daily activities.


Gabby McCullough - M3 Clinic

Gabby McCullough

MNZSP, BHSc (Physiotherapy).

Gabby is highly committed and experienced physiotherapist with 10 years experience working within the private practice musculoskeletal environment. Originally from the South Island, Temuka Timaru, Gabby has traveled the world, working in Australia, Scotland, England and Norway before heading home to New Zealand.

Gabby was appointed the Northland Taniwhai Rugby Physio for 2020 season and will join the New Zealand Black Sticks for there 2021 Tokoyo Olympic Campaign.
