Helen first discovered Classical Pilates by way of needing an exercise system that would both strengthen and stretch her muscles. With the love for learning and understanding both the body and movement, Helen continues her learning of classical Pilates through Joseph Pilates credited workshops with Dynamic Pilates in Wellington.
Helen leads with compassion, understands your needs, and wants to work to meet your goals no matter what level you are at. Sessions are balanced, extremely precise in movement and flow so that your mind and body are challenged in a safe, positive environment. Her goal as a Pilates teacher is to help people move with confidence by learning the proper mechanics of movement and exercise.
Qigong master, Pilates instructor
After having such success during a Qigong retreat, Marie-Laure became a Qigong Master – Yuan Ming medicine practitioner and has been teaching Qigong for 10 years.
In 2014, impressed with the benefits of Pilates and how much it’s improving strength, awareness and posture, she became a fitness and Pilates instructor in France and is still studying with Polestar Pilates.
Offering a friendly and cheerful environment, she combines her different skills to help people and to give them tools to unify their body, mind and energy (Qi), find their inner force, unlimited potential and enjoy life. With greater awareness and growing consciousness, we can achieve so much!
