CoreFIT has been Whangarei’s leading Group Fitness and Personal Training Studio for women since 2009. This is not a bootcamp, nor a short stopover for fast results. CoreFIT is about committing to regular workouts and remaining consistant and diciplined with both your trainings and nutrition. All Group Fitness classes are carefully choreographed and designed to meet the needs of women of all fitness levels. Women who are pregnant, or have a new baby or are suffering with any injuries can be rest assured that they are in capable hands as workouts can be designed to meet everyone’s needs.
CoreSCULPT is our new resistance inspired class. You’ll work on toning and sculpting your muscles with a range of functional exercises using an expansive array of resistance equipment.
CoreBOXING is our cardio blasting boxing/kickboxing class. Each class is different, so you will always enjoy a new range of cardio exercises to get you moving. Pair up and complete boxing combinations, kicks and body weight exercises. This class is guaranteed to make you sweat! The class finishes with 10-15 minutes of core/abdominal exercises.
CorePUMP is a low impact, full body, strength based barbell workout to music. Spend 4-5 minutes working on each major muscle group with exercises such as squats, lunges, bench press, bicep curls, tricep extensions, rows, clean and press, shoulder press and core exercises. This is a fun and upbeat class, so make sure you give it a try!
CoreMUMS (all 9:30am classes)
CoreMums is a fantastic social fitness group for mums of ALL fitness levels. Trainings take place in the mornings with the added convenience of being able to bring your children if you wish. We run moderate intensity classes for mums through their pregnancy and from 12 weeks post pregnancy or at the discretion of one of our qualified trainers. All our 9:30am classes are considered child friendly and are classed as CoreMUMS classes.
Sessions include – pelvic floor dysfunction training, abdominal reactivation and strengthening and c-section rehabilitation, along with higher intensity weight and cardiovascular training at the clients level of fitness.

We welcome you to bring your children to training with you, but they are strictly your responsibility. We ask that all children refrain from touching or using any exercise equipment due to health and safety issues, but are more than welcome to bring balance bikes, bikes, trikes or scooters.
CoreBARRE is a fast paced and high intensity workout. The 45 minute Barre class combines the best of everything, from standing pilates work, short cardio intervals, to dance moves in a ballet class. CoreBARRE is a low impact workout, making it ideal for all levels of fitness.
With CoreBARRE’s flowing sequences you will feel like your body is re-aligned, balanced and centred. Best of all you will feel more connected to your body, giving you a sense of self and confidence, which can be only be ignited through the joy of movement.r4r55
CorePT – Personal Training
CorePT – Personal Training Sessions are now available. Treat yourself to a one on one session with one of our highly qualified Fitness Specialists and get on track with your fitness journey today. Book an individual session or bring a friend along and split the cost. We run 30-min, 45-min and 60-min sessions at the studio. These sessions are prefect if you have specific fitness needs or goals that cannot be achieved through group fitness classes.
