M3 Yoga offers a safe, sustainable practice allowing students to understand their own body through connection of the breath, with movement and presence.
M3 Studio offer both Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga style classes
Hatha Flow Yoga
A safe, accessible practice for most students with an emphasis on moving the body with an awareness of breath. A 60 minute class incorporating both standing and seated postures, vinyasa (flow) and pranayama (breath) to build strength, balance, flexibly and focus. And of course relaxation (savasana) at the end.
Yin Yoga
Postures are nearly all floor based, with long holds, working on the connective tissues in the body (think ligaments, joints, fascia and even our bones). It is a quiet, healing, meditative and often challenging experience that nourishes our nervous system as well benefitting our physical health. “We do not use the body to get into the pose, we use the pose to get into the body”.

All of the M3 Classes will start on the advertised start time. We recommend arriving to your class 5-10 minutes before the start time. This will allow you time to get changed at our onsite changing facilities and get yourself set up prior to the class starting. It will also allow you to have a quick chat to the yoga instructor if you have any ailments that may hinder you during the class. It is important to keep your instructor up to date so they can provide suitable regressions to particular poses and positions as required. If you are seeing one of our M3 therapists – with your permission, they will be able to advise the instructor on your behalf.
