Programs are designed by qualified physiotherapist with sessions are based on a structured and guided training session and the intensity level is adjusted to your individual ability. We show you all exercises and give hands on advice.

Renee Adams
Renee is a passionate physiotherapist who has recently returned home to Northland after working in Auckland since her graduation.
Renee works collaboratively with patients to reduce pain, restore function and build long term resiliency through the power of education and exercise. She believes heavily in the strength and adaptability of the human body and is passionate about empowering her patients, building their confidence and helping them achieve their goals.
Renee prioritises staying up to date with the latest evidence for various musculoskeletal conditions in order to achieve the highest level of care for patients. She leans on this knowledge to develop practical and effective management plans that get her patients back to the things they love. -

Lauren McDonald
Lauren graduated from Otago University in 2013 and has since completed her postgraduate studies in Acupuncture. She has an impressive resume working with New Zealand Seven’s, Super rugby Chiefs under 20s and the Red Bull Ignite Seven squads to name a few. Lauren loves helping patients regain their full function and achieve and maintain their personal goals, whether it be in sports or normal day to day activities. She has a very strong focus on prevention, education and using exercise as a key rehabilitation tool with the combination of hands-on therapy such as manual therapy and acupuncture. Lauren the Northland Rugby Taniwha Head Physiotherapist for the 2022 season and is in fulltime camp from July – October.

If you are new to exercises and have current or recurring injury/illness we encourage you to have a 1-on-1 45 minute session prior to starting the group classes. GP clearance may be required for some people.

Our circuit classes are limited to 8 clients per class to ensure we can deliver a high quality class. Smaller numbers enable our instructors to circulate the class, provide feedback to clients and appropriately progress or regress exercises as appropriate.

We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing as you will be getting into a wide array of poses and positions in your classes

Bookings are essential for all of the M3 Classes. Our numbers in our classes are limited so booking ensures that you have a spot available. You can book classes on our online booking platform or you can email or call the clinic to confirm your spot. We ask for you to please cancel your booking at your earliest convenience if you are unable to attend a class that you have booked for.

All of our M3 classes will start on the dot of their start time. We recommend arrive to your class 5-10 minutes prior to the start time. This will provide you with ample time to get changed at our onsite changing facilities and get yourself set up and ready for the class. Arriving early also give you the opportunity to meet our instructors and discuss any ailments you have with them to ensure they provide adequate progressions and regressions based on your needs. If you are seeing one of our M3 Therapists, with your consent, they can also let the instructor know of any limitations you may have on your behalf.

Yes private classes and corporate packages are available on request. These classes can be run both onsite at the M3 Head Quarters or off site as required. Please contact the M3 Admin team if you require any further information on our private sessions
