CLASSICAL PILATES

Suitable for beginners up to intermediate, our mat Pilates class utilizes small props like therabands, Pilates balls and small weights to lengthen and strengthen your body. mat Pilates teaches your body muscular control and awareness and sets you up for more advanced equipment like the reformer.

Private Sessions are taken  with our  Physio-Pilates instructor. These sessions offer the most individual attention to your specific needs.Duet Session are designed for two clients with one Physio-Pilates instructor. You and a partner will get a personalized session tailored to you both.

CLINICAL GROUP PILATES SESSIONS

Pain and injury can slow us down and stop us from doing what we love. Our Clinical Pilates Group Classes are led by our Physiotherapist Lisa and allows you to exercise in a safe, effective way and give you the confidence to get back into activity following injury.

If you have never tried Pilates and have current or recurring injury we prefer you to have a 1-on-1  45 minute session prior to starting the group classes with our Physiotherapist Lisa. Here you will discuss your goals and what you want to achieve. You will be shown how to find your neutral spine and how to engage your pelvic floors and deep abdominals, along with a few basic moves so you are ready to join the class.
