Yuan Gong is a new Qigong system adapted to our needs in this modern age. The methods are easy to learn and practice and rapid and impressive changes in health can occur with a Qi Gong practice, but the more common scenario is a very noticeable increase in wellbeing and a gradual alleviation of symptoms.
At M3 we practice in sharing an accessible and contemporary approach to this ancient healing practice that complements our modern lifestyles, bringing together acupressure, slow stretches, gentle flowing movement and stillness.
Qi Gong helps to increase mental clarity, improves internal strength and stability, and helps us understand the patterns of thought that inadvertently support illness and negative emotions.

If you are new to Qi Gong we welcome and encourage you to come early to class to meet the Instructor and discuss your health and wellness goals. Likewise we do offer one on one or small group introduction sessions to get you started on your your journey.
PRIVATE, DUET SESSIONS
Private Sessions are Available with our QiGong and Pilates instructor Marie. These sessions offer the most individual attention to your specific needs. Duet Session are designed for two clients with one instructor. You and a partner will get a personalized session tailored to you both.
