LIFESTYLE STRENGTH CIRCUIT
Exercise and physical activity is important for all ages. It improves physical health and can increase mental wellbeing, social connection and spark friendships.
Our M3 Strength Circuit focuses on functional, easy to follow exercises, incorporating body weight, hand weights, resistance bands and balls as well as other gym-based equipment. Classes are fully supervised and led by our physiotherapist Daniel Hunter. Sessions are based on a structured and guided training session and the intensity level is adjusted to your individual ability. We show you all exercises and give hands on advice.

If you are new to exercises and have current or recurring injury/illness we encourage you to have a 1-on-1 45 minute session prior to starting the group classes. GP clearance may be required for some people.
Our Circuit classes are taken in new health and wellness studio upstairs in our loft, it boasts beautiful native Rimu floors and a clean, calm ambiance with onsite toilets and shower facilities and ample parking.
