M3 Yoga offers a safe, sustainable practice allowing students to understand their own body through connection of the breath, with movement and presence. A learning environment where students can understand, feel and appreciate the results of their own commitment to practice.

From improving strength and posture, to increasing flexibility, yoga is great for anyone looking to increase their general wellbeing.

Hatha Flow Yoga

A safe, accessible practice for most students with an emphasis on moving the body with an awareness of breath. A 60 minute class incorporating both standing and seated postures, vinyasa (flow) and pranayama (breath) to build strength, balance, flexibly and focus. And of course relaxation (savasana) at the end.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga – 75 mins.  Postures are nearly all floor based, with long holds, working on the connective tissues in the body (think ligaments, joints, fascia and even our bones).  It is a quiet, healing, meditative and often challenging experience that nourishes our nervous system as well benefitting our physical health.   “We do not use the body to get into the pose, we use the pose to get into the body”.
