Our Services

M3 Clinic + Studio specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries including, sports and workplace injuries, muscle and joint strains/sprains, neck and back pain, dry needling, pre and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Information we need about you

Health

Some treatments may be hazardous to you. It is very important that you tell the physiotherapist if you:

  • are pregnant,
  • have a pacemaker or artificial implants of any nature,
  • have AIDS or Hepatitis,
  • are on any long-term medications
  • any chronic or serious health problems.

Cultural

Please tell your physiotherapist if there are any aspects of your cultural requirements that we need to take into account during your treatment.

Disabilities

Please tell your physiotherapist if there are any aspects of your disability that may affect your treatment.

Suggestions/Complaints and Feedback

We are committed to the Quality Improvement process and without your feedback we cannot improve our service.  If you or your family has any concerns or you weren’t happy with the service you received, please get in touch. Your feedback is always welcome. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve our service, please let us know. If you would like to take our anonymous survey, please ask your physiotherapist and we will send you a link.

Second Opinion

You have the right to a second opinion.  Please discuss this with your physiotherapist or doctor.  We will be happy to arrange this for you.

Support Person

All M3 Clinic + Studio clients have the right to have one or more support persons of his or her choice present during treatment, except where safety may be compromised, or another client’s rights may be unreasonably infringed.

Due to Health & Safety concerns you may have up to two chaperone/support people only with you during treatment for support and/or translations purposes.

Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Code of Rights

At all times you will be treated in accordance with the Health and Disability Service Consumer’s Code of Rights. A copy of these rights are displayed in our waiting rooms and can be found online at https://www.hdc.org.nz/your-rights/the-code-and-your-rights/.

Text Reminders

Text reminders are sent to all clients who have a mobile phone number. If you don’t wish to receive a text reminder you can choose to opt out by ticking the opt-out box on the registration form or letting the physiotherapist know.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments Policy

M3 Clinic + Studio provides a one-on-one scheduled physiotherapy service. Missed appointments or appointments not cancelled in an appropriate amount of time are lost income to our business as we do not get paid if you don’t attend and it means we are unable to help another client. We ask that you make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment and to arrive on time.

We understand that sometimes clients need to cancel an appointment. We simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible and at a minimum the day before your scheduled appointment. A fee applies to any appointment that is missed or cancelled without 24 HOURS notice. The fees are as follows:

Missed Appointments

For all clients who miss an appointment with no prior communication, a fee of $40.00 will be charged.

Cancelled Appointments

For all clients who cancel UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR appointment there will be no charge, you are free to either cancel or rescheduled to a suitable time.

LATE Cancellation

For all clients who cancel within 24 HOURS of the scheduled appointment a fee of $40.00 will be charged.
