Preparing for Your Appointment and/or Class

When you come into the Clinic + Studio for an appointment.

Please wait in your car until the time of your appointment.

You are required to wear a mask at all times.  A surgical mask is preferred.

We have a one way policy so please use the front door when entering and exiting the building, the rear door will be locked.

We would appreciate, where possible, that you come alone, to enable us to maintain safe numbers in the waiting room.  We do understand though, if you need a support person with you. We will need their details for contact tracing, and they too will need to complete the above questionnaire.

On arrival Reception or Clinician/Instructor will confirm you have read and passed the COVID questionnaire again, you will be required to sign a declaration at Red traffic light on your first appointment.

Sign into the contract tracing register as per Government Requirements. Electronic and Manual ledger will be provided.

You will need to bring appropriate clothing for your appointment as we are unable to provide shorts or gowns.

Please bring your own Towel, Mat and drink bottle for the gym/studio and wipe down all equipment using the provided spray and paper towels. Please note M3 Is a private Studio and you must be accompanied by a clinician or instructor. No public access.

On entry and exit of the clinic please use the hand sanitizer provided at the entrance.

To ensure contact is minimised (especially in the Reception waiting area), the providers have increased the length of time between clients and they are staggering these times. This is also to provide time for cleaning surfaces between patients. Chairs have been spaced further apart and standing space will also be provided

You safety is paramount and we encourage and welcome all feedback.

Thank you for your co-operation in keeping us all safe.

The M3 Team.
