Helen Baltus
Helen Baltus
Helen first discovered Classical Pilates by way of needing an exercise system that would both strengthen and stretch her muscles. With the love for learning and understanding both the body and movement, Helen continues her learning of classical Pilates through Joseph Pilates credited workshops with Dynamic Pilates in Wellington.
Helen leads with compassion, understands your needs, and wants to work to meet your goals no matter what level you are at. Sessions are balanced, extremely precise in movement and flow so that your mind and body are challenged in a safe, positive environment. Her goal as a Pilates teacher is to help people move with confidence by learning the proper mechanics of movement and exercise.

Michelle Silvester
Michelle Silvester
Michelle has worked in the private sector in NZ and London for over 30 years as a Physiotherapist and for the last 20 years as a Rehabilitative Pilates instructor. She has a passion for helping people to achieve optimal body function, movement and postures.
She feels it is vital for people to take responsibility for their own bodies by being taught awareness of the way they position themselves and move throughout the day and thus making their everyday activities their ‘gym program’.
Most people want more than symptomatic relief of their symptoms and don’t want to have problems reoccur down the track. Michelle enjoys the challenge of low back problems and lower limb injuries particularly but is also able to apply her experience and knowledge to most causes of musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain in the body.
Michelle works with a holistic approach and includes work on relaxation, de stressing and breathing as part of her teaching tools.
